In Manhattan, 435 new listings entered the market last week, down 3.5% from the previous week, remaining consistent with past years for this particular week of this year.
205 Manhattan contracts were signed last week, down 14% from the previous week. Contract volume is on pace to finish the month of April below the 10-year rolling average.
19 Manhattan contracts were signed at $5M and above. Condos outsold co-ops 15-2, with one townhouse and one condop in the mix.
Noteworthy new contracts last week were:

2.) 21 EAST 26TH STREET, PH asking $24.990M,
3.) One High Line 500 WEST 18TH STREET, WEST_31A asking $19.375M.
BROOKLYN
In Brooklyn, 200 new listings entered the market last week, down 19% from the previous week, which is also consistent with past years for this particular week of this year.
Meanwhile, 145 Brooklyn listings entered contract last week, which was 16% more than the previous week.
Noteworthy new contracts in Brooklyn were:
1.) 336 DE GRAW STREET in Carroll Gardens, asking $12M
2.) 105 HOYT STREET in Boerum Hill, asking $5.495M
3.) 867 PRESIDENT STREET in Park Slope, asking $5M
