In Manhattan, 466 new listings entered the market last week, up 27% from the previous week.
206 Manhattan contracts were signed last week, down 16% from the previous week.
38 Manhattan contracts were signed at $4M and above. Condos outsold co-ops 22-9, with two condops and five townhouses in the mix.
Noteworthy new contracts last week were:
1.) 1 CENTRAL PARK SOUTH, 409 asking $18,900,000.
2.) The townhouse at 737 PARK AVENUE, 15E asking $14,250,000.
3.) 50 WEST 66TH STREET, 8D asking $12,250,000.
BROOKLYN
In Brooklyn, 277 new listings entered the market last week, up 70% from last week.
Meanwhile, 144 Brooklyn listings entered contract last week, up 11% from the previous week.
Noteworthy new contracts in Brooklyn were:
1.) The townhouse at 76 WILLOW STREET in Brooklyn Heights asking $7,250,000.
2.) The townhouse at 323 GARFIELD PLACE in Park Slope, asking $5,500,000.
3.) 30 FRONT STREET, 17F in DUMBO asking $4,995,000.
