In Manhattan, 151 new listings entered the market last week, down 14% from the previous week.
199 Manhattan contracts were signed last week, down 3% from the previous week.
26 Manhattan contracts were signed at $4M and above last week. Condos outsold co-ops 16-4, with one condop and five townhouses in the mix.
Noteworthy new contracts last week were:
1.) 111 WEST 57TH STREET, 42 asking $22,500,000.
2.) The townhouse at 330 WEST 88TH STREET asking $10,000,000.
3.) 1289 LEXINGTON AVENUE, 19A asking $9,150,000.
BROOKLYN
In Brooklyn, 128 new listings entered the market last week, down 24% from the previous week.
Meanwhile, 121 Brooklyn listings entered contract last week, up 7% from the previous week.
Noteworthy new contracts in Brooklyn were:
1.) The townhouse at 535 1ST STREET in Park Slope, asking $14,495,000.
2.) The townhouse at 65 JACKSON STREET in Williamsburg, asking $4,000,000.
3.) The townhouse at 320 10TH STREET in South Slope, asking $3,495,000.
