In Manhattan, 177 new listings entered the market last week, down 12% from the previous week.

206 Manhattan contracts were signed last week, up 11% from the previous week.

19 Manhattan contracts were signed at $4M and above last week. Condos outsold co-ops 13-2, with four townhouses in the mix.

Noteworthy new contracts last week were: 

1.) 140 JANE STREET, PH8 asking $87,500,000.

2.) The townhouse at 10 EAST 67TH STREET asking $44,950,000.

3.) 255 EAST 77TH STREET, PHB asking $8,400,000.

BROOKLYN

In Brooklyn, 171 new listings entered the market last week, down 13% from the previous week.

Meanwhile, 107 Brooklyn listings entered contract last week, up 8.5% from the previous week.

Noteworthy new contracts in Brooklyn were:

1.) The townhouse at 38 GARFIELD PLACE in Park Slope asking $5,995,000.

2.) The townhouse at 34 SAINT JOHNS PLACE in Park Slope, asking $4,500,000.

3.) The multifamily townhouse at 6 3rd STREET in Carroll Gardens asking $4,495,000.
