In Manhattan, 320 new listings entered the market last week, down 5% from the previous week.

213 Manhattan contracts were signed last week, up 2% from the previous week.

37 Manhattan contracts were signed at $4M and above. Condos outsold co-ops 23-9, with five townhouses in the mix.

Noteworthy new contracts last week were: 

1.) The townhouse at 973 FIFTH AVENUE asking $49,900,000.

2.) 140 JANE STREET, 3NORTH asking $22,000,000.

3.) 200 EAST 75TH STREET, PH3 asking $18,750,000.

BROOKLYN

In Brooklyn, 137 new listings entered the market last week, down 26% from last week.

Meanwhile, 128 Brooklyn listings entered contract last week, up 1% from the previous week.

Noteworthy new contracts in Brooklyn were:

1.) The townhouse at 584 LEONARD STREET in Greenpoint asking $5,650,000.

2.) The townhouse at 114 2ND STREET in Carroll Gardens, asking $3,300,000.

3.) 227 WARREN STREET in Cobble Hill asking $3,250,000.
