In Manhattan, 355 new listings entered the market last week, up 10% from the previous week.

187 Manhattan contracts were signed last week, down 12% from the previous week.

18 Manhattan contracts were signed at $4M and above. Condos outsold co-ops 13-1, with four townhouses in the mix.

Noteworthy new contracts last week were: 

1.) 345 WEST 14TH STREET, PH asking $22,000,000.

2.) Sutton Tower 430 EAST 58TH STREET, PH48 asking $16,000,000.

3.) The townhouse at 304 FIFTH AVENUE asking $15,500,000.

BROOKLYN

In Brooklyn, 186 new listings entered the market last week, up 35% from last week.

Meanwhile, 121 Brooklyn listings entered contract last week, down 4.7% from the previous week.

Noteworthy new contracts in Brooklyn were:

1.) Bergen Brooklyn 323 BERGEN STREET, 517E in Boerum asking $3,425,000.

2.) 389 BERGEN STREET, 2 in Park Slope, asking $3,400,000.

3.) The townhouse at 637 CARLTON AVENUE in Prospect Heights asking $3,250,000.
