In Manhattan, 370 new listings entered the market last week, up 4.5% from the previous week.

222 Manhattan contracts were signed last week, up 19% from the previous week.

31 Manhattan contracts were signed at $4M and above. Condos outsold co-ops 18-9, with four townhouses in the mix.

Noteworthy new contracts last week were: 

1.) The townhouse at 127 EAST 73RD STREET asking $28,000,000.

2.) 212 WEST 72ND STREET, PHN asking $19,150,000.

3.) 10 SULLIVAN STREET, 10A asking $8,999,000.

BROOKLYN

In Brooklyn, 189 new listings entered the market last week, up 1.6% from last week.

Meanwhile, 126 Brooklyn listings entered contract last week, down 4.1% from the previous week.

Noteworthy new contracts in Brooklyn were:

1.) The townhouse at 370 CARLTON AVENUE in Fort Greene asking $5,250,000.

2.) The townhouse at 86 BERGEN STREET in Boerum Hill, asking $4,999,999.

3.) The townhouse at 34 1ST PLACE in Carroll Gardens asking $4,250,000.
