In Manhattan, 338 new listings entered the market last week, up 21% from the previous week.

209 Manhattan contracts were signed last week, up 26% from the previous week.

30 Manhattan contracts were signed at $4M and above. Condos outsold co-ops 24-6, with no townhouses in the mix.

Noteworthy new contracts last week were: 

1.) 25 BOND STREET, PHW asking $39,500,000.

2.) 56 LEONARD STREET, PH56 asking $36,500,000.

3.) 111 WEST 57TH STREET, 49 asking $24,250,000.

BROOKLYN

In Brooklyn, 185 new listings entered the market last week, up 5% from last week.

Meanwhile, 126 Brooklyn listings entered contract last week, up 0% from the previous week.

Noteworthy new contracts in Brooklyn were:

1.) The townhouse at 36 SCHERMERHORN STREET in Brooklyn Heights asking $6,995,000.

2.) The townhouse at 108 WILLOW STREET in Brooklyn Heights, asking $6,200,000.

3.) 245 WASHINGTON AVENUE in Clinton Hill asking $5,800,000.
