In Manhattan, 228 new listings entered the market last week, down 26% from the previous week.

130 Manhattan contracts were signed last week, down 19% from the previous week.

19 Manhattan contracts were signed at $5M and above. Condos outsold co-ops 11-5, with three townhouses in the mix.

Noteworthy new contracts last week were: 

1.) 535 WEST END AVENUE, 16 asking $16,500,000.

2.) 56 LEONARD STREET, 38WEST asking $15,375,000.

3.) 200 EAST 75TH STREET, 14A asking $11,650,000.

BROOKLYN

In Brooklyn, 162 new listings entered the market last week, down .6% from last week.

Meanwhile, 80 Brooklyn listings entered contract last week, down 13% from the previous week.

Noteworthy new contracts in Brooklyn were:

1.) 32 BUTLER STREET in Cobble Hill asking $6,295,000.

2.) 34 NORTH 7TH STREET, 7T in Williamsburg, asking $4,995,000.

3.) 323 BERGEN STREET, PH704W in Boerum Hill asking $4,850,000.
