In Manhattan, 363 new listings entered the market last week, up 59% from the previous week.

197 Manhattan contracts were signed last week, up 52% from the previous week.

14 Manhattan contracts were signed at $4M and above. Condos outsold co-ops 8-3, with one condop and two townhouses in the mix.

Noteworthy new contracts last week were: 

1.) 730 PARK AVENUE, PH19/20C asking $29,950,000.

2.) 111 WEST 57TH STREET, 43 asking $22,750,000.

3.) 50 WEST 66TH STREET, 40S asking $22,750,000.

BROOKLYN

In Brooklyn, 190 new listings entered the market last week, up 16% from last week.

Meanwhile, 100 Brooklyn listings entered contract last week, up 25% from the previous week.

Noteworthy new contracts in Brooklyn were:

1.) 314 HICKS STREET in Brooklyn Heights asking $7,200,000.

2.) 381 BERGEN STREET, GARDEN in Park Slope, asking $3,799,000.

3.) 34 MADISON STREET in Bed-Stuy asking $3,400,000.
