In Manhattan, 304 new listings entered the market last week, up 310% from the first week of the year.

160 Manhattan contracts were signed last week, up 52% from the previous week.

22 Manhattan contracts were signed at $5M and above. Condos outsold co-ops 13-1, with seven townhouses in the mix.

Noteworthy new contracts last week were: 

1.) 67 VESTRY STREET, PENTHOUSE asking $48,000,000.

2.) 277 FIFTH AVENUE, PENTHOUSE54 asking $20,000,000.

3.) The townhouse at 160 EAST 83RD STREET asking $17,500,000.

BROOKLYN

In Brooklyn, 163 new listings entered the market last week, up 98% from the first week of 2025.

Meanwhile, 92 Brooklyn listings entered contract last week, up 5% from the previous week.

Noteworthy new contracts in Brooklyn were:

1.) The townhouse at 193 CARLTON AVENUE in Fort Greene asking $5,850,000.

2.) 90 FURMAN STREET, S106 in Brooklyn Heights, asking $5,695,000.

3.) The townhouse at 175 SAINT MARKS AVENUE in Prospect Heights asking $5,000,000.
