In Manhattan, 172 new listings entered the market last week, down 17% from the previous week and the third lowest weekly count in 2024.
181 Manhattan contracts were signed last week, down 12% from the previous week.
9 Manhattan contracts were signed at $5M and above. Condos outsold co-ops 5-1, with one condop and two townhouses in the mix.
Noteworthy new contracts last week were:
1.) The townhouse at 31 Grove Street, asking $15.295M.
2.) The townhouse at 10 East 82nd Street, asking $11.5M.
3.) 955 Fifth Avenue #13B, asking $6.995M.
BROOKLYN
In Brooklyn, 159 new listings entered the market last week, down 5.9% from the previous week.
Meanwhile, 118 Brooklyn listings entered contract last week, which was 10% more than the previous week.
Noteworthy new contracts in Brooklyn were:
1.) The townhouse at 75 2nd Place in Brooklyn Heights, asking $4.995M.
2.) 444 12th Street #PHE in South Slope, asking $4.1M.
3.) The townhouse at 44 Madison Street in Bed-Stuy, asking $3.25M.
