Weekly Market Update for Manhattan and Brooklyn July 7-13, 2025

MANHATTAN

 

In Manhattan, 277 new listings entered the market last week, up 48% from the previous week.

190 Manhattan contracts were signed last week, down 18% from the previous week.

19 Manhattan contracts were signed at $4M and above last week. Condos outsold co-ops 11-8, with zero townhouses in the mix.

Noteworthy new contracts last week were: 

1.) 825 FIFTH AVENUE, 15FLR asking $34,750,000.

2.) 111 WEST 56TH STREET, PHC asking $14,950,000.

3.) 35 HUDSON YARDS, 7401 asking $11,975,000.

 

BROOKLYN

 

In Brooklyn, 168 new listings entered the market last week, up 30% from the previous week.

Meanwhile, 87 Brooklyn listings entered contract last week, down 36% from the previous week.

Noteworthy new contracts in Brooklyn were:

1.) The townhouse at 192 WARREN STREET in Cobble Hill asking $8,750,000.

2.) The townhouse at 111 NOBLE STREET in Greenpoint, asking $7,200,000.

3.) The townhouse at 647 BALTIC STREET in Park Slope asking $6,395,000.
