In Manhattan, 303 new listings entered the market last week, down 7% from the previous week.

216 Manhattan contracts were signed last week, down 11% from the previous week.

23 Manhattan contracts were signed at $4M and above last week. Condos outsold co-ops 10-5, with eight townhouses in the mix.

Noteworthy new contracts last week were: 

1.) The townhouse at 11 WEST 12TH STREET asking $27,000,000.

2.) Central Park Tower 217 WEST 57TH STREET, 90W asking $16,500,000.

3.) The townhouse at 344 WEST 22ND STREET asking $11,995,000.

BROOKLYN

In Brooklyn, 183 new listings entered the market last week, down 11% from the previous week.

Meanwhile, 124 Brooklyn listings entered contract last week, down 31% from the previous week.

Noteworthy new contracts in Brooklyn were:

1.) The townhouse at 51 TOMPKINS PLACE in Cobble Hill asking $11,850,000.

2.) 8 SOUTH 4TH STREET, PH1A in Williamsburg, asking $7,450,000.

3.) The townhouse at 272 PROSPECT PLACE in Prospect Heights asking $3,699,000.
