In Manhattan, 287 new listings entered the market last week, down 10% from the previous week.

225 Manhattan contracts were signed last week, down 3.4% from the previous week.

22 Manhattan contracts were signed at $5M and above. Condos outsold co-ops 13-6, with three townhouses in the mix.

Noteworthy new contracts last week were:

1.) The Beresford 211 Central Park West #19D/20D asking $19.5M.

2.) 505 WEST 19TH STREET, PH1 asking $17.5M.

3.) 812 PARK AVENUE, PHB asking $16M.

BROOKLYN

In Brooklyn, 182 new listings entered the market last week, down 5.2% from the previous week.

Meanwhile, 131 Brooklyn listings entered contract last week, which was 3% fewer than the previous week.

Noteworthy new contracts in Brooklyn were:

1.) The townhouse at 92 AMITY STREET in Cobble Hill, asking $6.695M

2.) The townhouse at 453 STATE STREET in Boerum Hill, asking $5.799M

3.) The townhouse at 313A STATE STREET, 1/2 in Boerum Hill, asking $4.825M
