In Manhattan, 331 new listings entered the market last week, down 14.5% from the previous week.

227 Manhattan contracts were signed last week, up 14% from the previous week.

29 Manhattan contracts were signed at $4M and above last week. Condos outsold co-ops 20-7, with two townhouses in the mix.

Noteworthy new contracts last week were: 

1.) 157 WEST 57TH STREET, 66B asking $26,000,000.

2.) 87 MERCER STREET, PHB asking $17,900,000.

3.) The townhouse at 83 JANE STREET asking $14,995,000.

BROOKLYN

In Brooklyn, 204 new listings entered the market last week, down 2% from the previous week.

Meanwhile, 147 Brooklyn listings entered contract last week, up 3.5% from the previous week.

Noteworthy new contracts in Brooklyn were:

1.) The townhouse at 101 PARK PLACE in Park Slope, asking $6,995,000.

2.) The townhouse at 162 DEAN STREET in Boerum Hill, asking $4,995,000.

3.) The townhouse at 785 CARROLL STREET in Park Slope asking $4,995,000.
