In Manhattan, 231 new listings entered the market last week, down 19.5% from the previous week.

239 Manhattan contracts were signed last week, up 6.2% from the previous week.

19 Manhattan contracts were signed at $5M and above. Condos outsold co-ops 14-1, with three townhouses and one condop in the mix.

Noteworthy new contracts last week were:

1.) 15 East 93rd Street, asking $12.95M.

2.) 312 WEST 88TH STREET, asking $1165M.

3.) 1 MORTON SQUARE TH6, asking $10.5M.

BROOKLYN

In Brooklyn, 163 new listings entered the market last week, down 10.4% from the previous week.

Meanwhile, 142 Brooklyn listings entered contract last week, which was 9% more than the previous week.

Noteworthy new contracts in Brooklyn were:

1.) The townhouse at 612 3rd Street in Park Slope, asking $5.995M

2.) The townhouse at 232 8th Street in Park Slope, asking $5.495M

3.) 1 CLINTON STREET, 30B in Brooklyn Heights, asking $4.565M
