248 Manhattan contracts were signed last week, up 8% from the previous week.
37 Manhattan contracts were signed at $4M and above last week. Condos outsold co-ops 19-12, with six townhouses in the mix.
Noteworthy new contracts last week were:
1.) 111 MURRAY STREET, PH2 asking $33,950,000.
2.) 432 PARK AVENUE, 52C asking $16,800,000.
3.) 330 SPRING STREET, PH asking $16,000,000.
BROOKLYN
In Brooklyn, 206 new listings entered the market last week, 0% change from the previous week.
Meanwhile, 182 Brooklyn listings entered contract last week, up 25% from the previous week.
Noteworthy new contracts in Brooklyn were:
1.) The townhouse at 177 PROSPECT PLACE in Prospect Heights, asking $6,500,000.
2.) The townhouse at 45 PARK PLACE in Park Slope, asking $6,500,000.
3.) The townhouse at 96 SOUTH 2ND STREET in Williamsburg asking $5,775,000.
