MANHATTAN
In Manhattan, 521 new listings entered the market last week, down 3% from the previous week.
284 Manhattan contracts were signed last week, up 18% from the previous week and the highest weekly number of new contracts we’ve seen since 2023.
32 Manhattan contracts were signed at $4M and above. Condos outsold co-ops 27-4, with one townhouse in the mix.
Noteworthy new contracts last week were:
1.) 217 WEST 57TH STREET, 116 asking $52,900,000.
2.) 50 WEST 66TH STREET, 48N & 43N asking $24,750,000 and $24,250,000 respectively.
3.) 111 WEST 57TH STREET, 46 asking $23,750,000.
BROOKLYN
In Brooklyn, 235 new listings entered the market last week, up 4% from last week.
Meanwhile, 146 Brooklyn listings entered contract last week, up 10% from the previous week.
Noteworthy new contracts in Brooklyn were:
1.) The townhouse at 17 WILLOW PLACE in Brooklyn Heights asking $10,000,000.
2.) The townhouse at 218 NORTH 5TH STREET in Williamsburg, asking $7,250,000.
3.) 90 FURMAN STREET, N411 in Brooklyn Heights asking $6,150,000.
