In Manhattan, 440 new listings entered the market last week, up 16% from the previous week.
229 Manhattan contracts were signed last week, down 15% from the previous week.
31 Manhattan contracts were signed at $4M and above. Condos outsold co-ops 15-11, with five townhouses in the mix.
Noteworthy new contracts last week were:
1.) 620 PARK AVENUE, 14 asking $19,750,000.
2.) 443 GREENWICH STREET, 5G asking $13,300,000.
3.) 136 EAST 79TH STREET, 9 asking $12,500,000.
BROOKLYN
In Brooklyn, 259 new listings entered the market last week, up 2% from last week.
Meanwhile, 144 Brooklyn listings entered contract last week, down 2% from the previous week.
Noteworthy new contracts in Brooklyn were:
1.) The townhouse at 59 CHEEVER PLACE in Cobble Hill asking $6,850,000.
2.) The townhouse at 417 6TH STREET in Park Slope, asking $4,850,000.
3.) The townhouse at 422 4TH STREET in Park Slope asking $3,950,000.
