In Manhattan, 334 new listings entered the market last week, down 24% from the previous week.
233 Manhattan contracts were signed last week, up 2% from the previous week.
A whopping 49 Manhattan contracts were signed at $4M and above last week. This was the highest number of $4M+ weekly contracts since November of 2021. Condos outsold co-ops 33-12, with one condop and three townhouses in the mix.
Noteworthy new contracts last week were:
1.) 80 CLARKSON STREET, SOUTH DUPLEX 15B asking $25,875,000.
2.) 500 WEST 18TH STREET, EAST 24A asking $13,895,000.
3.) 2 HORATIO STREET, 12G/14G asking $12,000,000.
BROOKLYN
In Brooklyn, 187 new listings entered the market last week, down 27% from the previous week.
Meanwhile, 152 Brooklyn listings entered contract last week, up 7% from the previous week.
Noteworthy new contracts in Brooklyn were:
1.) The townhouse at 219 KANE STREET in Cobble Hill asking $9,950,000.
2.) The townhouse at 600 2ND STREET in Park Slope, asking $7,990,000.
3.) The townhouse at 1 PROSPECT PARK WEST, 6G in Park Slope asking $5,195,000.
