In Manhattan, 378 new listings entered the market last week, up 15% from the previous week.

199 Manhattan contracts were signed last week, down 14% from the previous week.

30 Manhattan contracts were signed at $4M and above last week. Condos outsold co-ops 15-7, with one condop and seven townhouses in the mix.

Noteworthy new contracts last week were: 

1.) The mansion at 9 WEST 54TH STREET asking $49,500,000.

2.) The townhouse at 230 WEST 11TH STREET asking $22,495,000.

3.) 988 FIFTH AVENUE, 4 asking $20,000,000.

BROOKLYN

In Brooklyn, 207 new listings entered the market last week, up 10% from the previous week.

Meanwhile, 145 Brooklyn listings entered contract last week, down 4% from the previous week.

Noteworthy new contracts in Brooklyn were:

1.) The townhouse at 584 LEONARD STREET in Greenpoint, asking $4,950,000.

2.) The townhouse at 166 CONGRESS STREET in Cobble Hill, asking $3,995,000.

3.) The townhouse at 459 13TH STREET in South Slope asking $3,900,000.
