In Manhattan, 342 new listings entered the market last week, down 22% from the previous week.

237 Manhattan contracts were signed last week, down 6% from the previous week.

24 Manhattan contracts were signed at $5M and above. Condos outsold co-ops 21-0, with three townhouses in the mix.

Noteworthy new contracts last week were: 

1.) 140 JANE STREET, 6FLOOR asking $40.5M.

2.) Three penthouse residences at 211 WEST 84TH STREET, asking $26.95M-$21.5M.

3.) 465 WASHINGTON STREET, PH10 asking $12.995M.

BROOKLYN

In Brooklyn, 171 new listings entered the market last week, down 15% from the previous week.

Meanwhile, 158 Brooklyn listings entered contract last week, down 2.5% from the previous week.

Noteworthy new contracts in Brooklyn were:

1.) The townhouse at 138 STATE STREET in Brooklyn Heights, asking $6.45M.

2.) The townhouse at 275 WARREN STREET in Cobble Hill, asking $4.995M.

3.) The townhouse at 819 CARROLL STREET in Park Slope, asking $4.85M
