In Manhattan, 461 new listings entered the market last week, down 7.4% from the previous week.
170 Manhattan contracts were signed last week, up 1.2% from the previous week.
17 Manhattan contracts were signed at $5M and above. Condos outsold co-ops 13-3, with one townhouse in the mix.
Noteworthy new contracts last week were:
1.) 960 FIFTH AVENUE, 12 asking $60M.
2.) The Surrey 20 EAST 76TH STREET, 12A asking $28M.
3.) 111 WEST 57TH STREET, 66 asking $19.75M.
BROOKLYN
In Brooklyn, 270 new listings entered the market last week, down 3.9% from the previous week.
Meanwhile, 102 Brooklyn listings entered contract last week, which was 6% fewer than the previous week.
Noteworthy new contracts in Brooklyn were:
1.) The townhouse at 257 HENRY STREET in Brooklyn Heights, asking $8.5M.
2.) Olympia DUMBO 30 FRONT STREET, 31A in DUMBO, asking $8.025M.
3.) The townhouse at 127 HICKS STREET in Williamsburg, asking $7.5M.
