In Manhattan, 383 new listings entered the market last week, down 17% from the previous week.
180 Manhattan contracts were signed last week, up 5.9% from the previous week.
19 Manhattan contracts were signed at $5M and above. Condos outsold co-ops 15-2, with two townhouses in the mix.
Noteworthy new contracts last week were:
1.) The Henry, by Robert A.M. Stern at 211 WEST 84TH STREET, 7A asking $15.45M.
2.) The Surrey 20 EAST 76TH STREET, 11A asking $12.75M.
3.) 100 ELEVENTH AVENUE, 17B/18 asking $12M.
BROOKLYN
In Brooklyn, 193 new listings entered the market last week, down 28% from the previous week.
Meanwhile, 112 Brooklyn listings entered contract last week, which was 12% more than the previous week.
Noteworthy new contracts in Brooklyn were:
1.) The townhouse at 170 CLINTON STREET in Brooklyn Heights, asking $13.98M.
2.) The townhouse at 439 5TH STREET in Park Slope, asking $5.999M.
3.) One Domino Square at 8 SOUTH 4TH STREET, 26A/B in Williamsburg, asking $5.83M.
