122 contracts were signed last week, down 13% from the previous week and in line with what we’re used to seeing this time of year. This trend will continue until the end of September.

18 Manhattan contracts were signed at $4M and above, which is the same number as the previous week. Condos outsold co-ops 11-4, with three townhouses in the mix.

Noteworthy new contracts last week were #92E at Central Park Tower, 217 West 57th Street, asking $34,264,000, and the eighth floor at The Bellemont 1165 Madison Avenue, asking $22M.

In Brooklyn, 242 new listings entered the market last week, up 120% from the previous week and in line with year-over-year past weeks.

93 Brooklyn listings entered contract last week, which was 12% more than the previous week and in line with what we’re used to seeing this time of year. This trend will continue until the end of September.

Noteworthy new contracts in Brooklyn were #3 at 415 DeGraw Street in Boerum Hill, asking $4.5M and #27B at 1 Clinton in Brooklyn Heights, asking $4.465M.
