Manhattan reported 25 contracts, marking a 8.7% increase from the previous week. Contracts were distributed across 23 buildings, with two projects reporting multiple contracts.

The Willow in Kips Bay One reported two contracts on 1BR units priced at $1.455M and $1.465M. 

One Manhattan Square in Two Bridges reported two contracts on 2BR units priced at $2.343M and $2.465M. 

Brooklyn: 12 New Contracts Totalled $17.28M

Deal volume decreased by 29.41% to 12 this week. These contracts were distributed across 10 projects.

259 Rutland Rd in Prospect Lefferts Gardens reported two contracts on 2BR units priced at $897.6K and $955K.

419 Manhattan Avenue in Greenpoint reported two contracts on 3BR units priced at $2.075M and $2.150M.
