Manhattan: 35 New Contracts Totaled $115.5M

Manhattan reported 35 contracts, marking a 12.9% increase from the previous week. Contracts were distributed across 25 buildings, with four projects reporting multiple contracts.

108 Leonard Street in Tribeca reported four contracts on 2BR to 4BR units priced between $3.99M and $6.725M. 

The Perrie in Turtle Bay reported four contracts on 1BR units priced between $995K and $1.270M.

The Solaire in Battery Park City reported three contracts on 1BR units priced between $787K and $1.195M.

Brooklyn: 31 New Contracts Totaled $49.6M

Deal volume increased by 29.17% to 31 this week. These contracts were distributed across 23 projects.

The Huron in Greenpoint reported four contracts on Studios, 1BR and 3BR units priced between $800K and $3.300M.

Six Garfield in Park Slope reported three contracts on 2BR and 3BR units priced between $1.6M and $2.18M. 

One Domino Square in Williamsburg reported three contracts on 1BR and 3BR units priced between $1.6M and $3.55M.
