Where NYC Home Prices are Changing the Most

PropertyShark released a new report a couple of weeks ago that showed that NYC still has some of the most expensive neighborhoods in the country.

The neighborhoods with the greatest year-over-year Q3 increases in median sale price are: Gowanus, Windsor Terrace, Hudson Square, Hudson Yards, Cobble Hill, Clinton Hill, Greenpoint, UWS, Bergen Beach, and the Columbia Street Waterfront District.

The neighborhoods with the greatest year-over-year Q3 decreases in median sale price are: East Village, Manhattan Beach, Belle Harbor, Financial District, SoHo, Brooklyn Heights, Chinatown, Battery Park City, Little Italy and Fiske Terrace.
