All I can say is that Brandon saved me! I initially listed my apartment with another broker who came highly recommended. My apartment languished on the market for almost a year and I didn’t receive even one offer. It was extremely discouraging. I needed a broker who could get the job done! Brandon was persistent and my gut told me to go with him. It was honestly the best decision I ever made. He and his team dove right into action and between 1-2 months I had 3 offers!  They just had more contacts than other brokers and a fabulous database, so people actually came to my open houses! Plus, they spent money on marketing. The team has a way of doing things that just works and it is a tried and true formula. Brandon was very organized, responsive, professional and hardworking. I would refer him to everyone and anyone. I can’t say enough about how responsive he and his team were, and how calm Brandon was when I was having a freak out or a potential buyer was being difficult. We got the price I wanted and he put the work in. I thought brokers were mostly all the same but they aren’t. I think many of them think that the internet should be doing all of the work! Brandon and his team work around the clock and their results show that. This market was difficult when I sold so I feel lucky that I chose Brandon. If you haven’t met him you should. And as an aside I was going to rent but then decided to downsize and buy a smaller apartment. I had 2 days to find one and Brandon made it happen at a price I felt was fair.  I love my new apartment!

Brandon Mason was terrific in helping me buy my first apartment in the City. Not knowing much about the NYC market or process for purchasing going into this, Brandon was able to thoroughly explain everything to me and answer any questions I needed. He was always prepared with listings and had an abundance of knowledge on each area he showed me and adapted those listings to my preferences as they grew with every apartment I viewed. He is honest, objective, hard-working, and knows the market. He fought to get us our asking price and led the entire process with diligence and care. I have bought and sold four times in the city over the past 16 years - the first three times were with another broker (who I love), and the last time was with Brandon.
